You will find all information on how to return your order on our Delivery and Returns page. You are able to select your return region at the top of the Delivery and Returns page, or alternatively can select from the following list; UK & Rest of World | US & Canada | EU | Australia.

How do I return my order?

Our team work as quickly as possible to action returns and refunds. We aim to process all refunds within 10 working days of receiving the return at our warehouses. Please check your tracking to confirm when the return was recieved.

Where is my refund?

We package each order as though it is a gift, because whether you are treating a loved one or yourself we want it to feel special. Everything is hand-wrapped with care and sent with love from Edinburgh.

We are also environmentally conscious and will wrap up multiple items together to save on paper and packaging. If you would like your blankets or scarves individually wrapped please purchase them in separate gift boxes here.

Our products are well protected and ready to be gifted with no receipt or invoices in the packaging, so you can have them sent straight to the recipient's door!  Would you like to ship to multiple addresses? Please put through a separate order for each address.  Want to add a complimentary gift note to your order? Please add your gift message at cart, by selecting 'Is this a gift? See our gifting options.'

How will my items be packaged?

How much does delivery cost?

You can add a gift note to your order by using our gift options in the cart. When viewing your cart,  you will see "Is this a gift? See our gifting options" in the top right of the page, click here and you will see several gifting options including 'add a free gift note', tick the box and add your message. Please note you can only add one gift note per order so if you are ordering multiple gifts we recommend placing seperate orders.

Can I add a gift note to my order?

All of our products are shipped from Edinburgh, Scotland. Our warehouse is closed at weekends to give our hard-workers some time off, so any orders placed at weekends will be dispatched from the following Monday. Please note that if you've selected our embroidery service, this will add 2-3 working days to your order delivery time.
