There is a item missing from my orderUpdated 2 days ago

If you have placed a large order your items may be arriving over two shipments.

We are sorry to hear there is a item missing! 

Please contact us immediately upon noticing and we will be more than happy to help. We will require the following:

  • A clear image of the outer packaging to check for any damage
  • Images of the products and tags of the items you did receive, please insure the information side of the tag is displayed. 
  • A image of the shipping label on your order  

Please ensure you have checked your order thoroughly before getting in touch, we wrap products together to reduce waste.
